Calibri is a popular font which is humanist sans-serif typeface family which was designed by Lucas de Groot. In Microsoft Office 2007, Calibri font was replaced Times New Roman as default typeface in Word also replaced Arial as the default font in PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and WordPad. Calibri is to be continued as default font in Microsoft Office 2010, 2013 and 2016, in addition it’s now default font in Office for Mac 2016.
Calibri is the well-known font family is the inexplicable decision to make two very different letters, uppercase I (“eye”), and lowercase I (“el”), look virtually identical. If it was not for this mindless error, the font would be far more useful, with broader appeal.
